Does my case come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer 12 month warranty on all our cases.

Are the cases scratch resistant?

Yes, our cases are made from tough polycarbonate, with oustanding strength, stiffness and impact resistance.

Do you offer discount for large/wholesale orders?

Yes, we work with several wholesale businesses and would be happy to assist in your enquiry. please email info@ilmio.com.au with a short description of your needs.

Will it fit airline cabin class standards?

Our small trolley is suitable for Australian cabin class carry on, however we advise you check with your carrier prior to travelling.

Can I use a font of my own choice?

Unfortunately not at this time but check this space soon.

Can I return my suitcase if I change my mind?

Unfortnuately no, each case is made to order due to personalisation.

Can I use my own background design?

Yes. For an additonal $100.00 we will do our best to accommodate you depending on image, size and resolution. Just drop us a line info@ilmio.com.au and a team member will get back to you asap.
