SHIPPING POLICY
​All items will be personalised and built within 5 business days of purchase and shipped via standard delivery (3-5 business days) unless you have purchased express delivery for an additional $20, which will be delivered within 1-2 business days of completion.

We offer free standard shipping to the East Coast of Australia for all orders over $500.
Orders to WA, SA and NT are subject to an additional delivery fee.

All parcels will require a signature upon delivery. In the event that no-one is available to sign for the goods, our carrier will leave a notification of their delivery attempt with the necessary redelivery information. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

CHANGE OF MIND
Please note that we cannot provide a refund or exchange for change of mind on a product that has been personalised.

FAULTY ITEMS
We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch, however, if you have any issues with your purchase please reach out to our team at info@ilmio.com.au. Provide us with your order ID, pictures and description of the fault along with your contact information and we will be happy to assess the item and do our utmost to provide you with a reasonable resolution.
